Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes and beauty products.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes and beauty products (hygiene regulations)

  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, aerosols)

How do I start a return?

Step 1: Contact us at ThePerfumeQuarter@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll review your request and send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: We can’t accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our arranged collection/label. If you need help, reach out before posting.

Return Conditions (Free Within 14 Days)

We proudly stand behind every bottle. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

  • Free returns are available within 14 days of delivery when the conditions below are met.

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.

  • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or product mismatch only.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all Iconic Perfumes tags, cellophane/hygiene seals, sampling pieces, and booklets included.

  • Incomplete, damaged, altered, or used items (as reasonably determined by Iconic Perfumes) will be refused and returned to sender.

Charges: When the above conditions are met, return shipping is on us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different scent or size? If your product is eligible under our return conditions, we’re happy to arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.

  • Exchanges are available within 3 days for unused, sealed items.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

  • We’ll cover the outbound shipping for the replacement item.

Receiving a Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Keep your Shipping Note and courier receipt until your refund is received.

  • If you paid via any offline method (e.g., cash on delivery where available), please contact us for options before initiating a return.

Cancellations

We’ll help where we can before your order ships.

  • Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.

  • Once placed, we’re unable to combine orders, change items, edit billing/shipping details, or add pieces to an existing order.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

Incomplete Orders

If anything is missing from your parcel, let us know within 3 days of delivery so we can put it right quickly.

Requests made after 3 days may be subject to review and approval.
